Title: ON THE SCATTERING FOR THE NON-RADIAL INHOMOGENEOUS HARTREE EQUATION WITH POTENTIAL

Abstract: In a previous work, C. Guzmán, G. Peçanha and S. Silva proved scattering for the inhomogeneous Hartree equation with potential for non-radial initial data. In that work, the value of the parameter p has a restriction coming from the method of proof. In this paper, we obtain scattering in the full possible range of p, i.e., (5−2b+γ)/3 < p < 3 − 2b + γ. The improvement is obtained by working with non-admissible pairs instead of Strichartz pairs and using Sobolev embeddings with fractional derivatives.

This is an ongoing work with Carlos Guzman (UFF)

13:35-14:05 Speaker: Andre Rocha (UERJ)

Title: Bilinear control to trajectories of 1D parabolic equations in moving domains

Abstract: In this talk, we are concerned with local controllability properties of degenerate parabolic equations in bounded domains that evolve in time. More precisely, we will deal with the exact controllability to a positive trajectory of a one-dimensional semilinear degenerate equation governed via the coefficient of the reaction term. We will apply a well-known local inversion method combined with some appropriate specific estimates.

14:10-14:40 Speaker: João Carlos Barreira (UERJ)
